1. Platform role

UsedCars.sx is an online listing platform. We are not the seller, buyer, dealer, broker, financing provider, insurer, mechanic, inspection authority, or government vehicle registration office.

Listings are submitted by users or sellers. We may review listings before publication, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, condition, ownership, availability, mileage, price, history, roadworthiness, or legal status of any vehicle.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for verifying vehicle details, ownership documents, insurance, inspection status, liens, import duties, transfer requirements, and all other transaction details before completing a sale.

2. Listings and user responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their listings.

Sellers must have the right to list the vehicle and must only upload photos they own or have permission to use.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own due diligence, communication, and transaction decisions.

UsedCars.sx may approve, edit formatting, request changes, reject, archive, or remove listings at its discretion.

3. AI-assisted listing tools and market insights

UsedCars.sx may provide AI-assisted tools to help improve listings, organize vehicle specifications, generate feature suggestions, or provide general market context.

When a listing is submitted, AI tools may use the information entered by the seller, such as brand, model, year, trim, mileage, condition, fuel type, transmission, and price, to help structure the listing or estimate a general market range. Where available, these tools may compare the vehicle against public online information and local market references.

AI-generated information is provided for convenience only. It may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. UsedCars.sx does not guarantee that AI-generated specifications, features, market ranges, price comparisons, or insights are correct.

UsedCars.sx is not a car dealership, broker, mechanic, inspection authority, insurer, financing provider, vehicle appraiser, or valuation service. AI insights are not professional appraisals and should not be relied on as the sole basis for buying, selling, pricing, financing, or insuring a vehicle.

Sellers are responsible for reviewing and confirming that their listing details are accurate before publication. Buyers are responsible for verifying vehicle details directly with the seller and through their own inspection, document review, and due diligence.

UsedCars.sx is still developing these tools in good faith to make local vehicle listings more useful and easier to understand.

4. Listing duration

Approved listings are active for 30 days after approval. Archived listings may be kept for an additional period to support moderation, operational, or extension-related handling.

We do not guarantee listing accuracy, vehicle condition, mileage, title or ownership status, roadworthiness, inspection status, insurance status, pricing, seller identity, buyer identity, or availability.

Users should verify the vehicle, documents, and seller directly before sending any deposit or payment.

UsedCars.sx is not responsible for disputes, fraud, loss, damage, or any agreement between buyer and seller.
